A receipt must be uploaded to the app no more than 14 days after the transaction date as it appears on the receipt.
Please note that our system is exacting down to the minute of the transaction period. This means if your purchase occurred April 1st at 2pm PST, it cannot be uploaded on April 14th at 2:01pm PST. The best solution here is to upload your receipts as you receive them rather than waiting til the last minute.
