Turning Two-Step Verification is an important step when it comes to keeping your Receipt Hog account secure. Updating 2FA is also important for you to keep earning rewards if you're connected to Email+. You can do that using your computer or mobile:
How to turn on Two-Step Authentication for Mobile Devices:
STEP A: Turn on Two-Step verification
Step 1: Open the Gmail app;
Step 2: Tap the Profile icon on the top right of your screen;
Step 3: Tap Manage your Google Account;
Step 4: Tap Security;
Step 5: Tap 2-Step Verification.
STEP B: Creating an app password
Step 2: On the left navigation panel, choose Security.
Step 3: On the 'Signing in to Google' panel, choose App passwords. If you don’t see this option:
- 2-Step Verification is not set up for your account
- 2-Step Verification is set up for security keys only
- Your account is through work, school or other organization
- You’ve turned on Advanced Protection for your account
Step 5: Choose Select device and choose the device that you're using;
Step 6: Choose Generate;
Step 7: Follow the instructions to enter the app password. The app password is the 16-character code in the yellow bar on your device;
Step 8: Choose a Second Verification Step;
Step 9: Open your Receipt Hog App;
Step 10: Go to Link+ and Reconnect your Email!

Step 1: Sign into your Google Account;
Step 2: On the left navigation panel, Click Security;
Step 3: On the signing into Google panel, Click 2-Step Verification;
Step 4: Click 'Get Started';
Step 5: Follow the steps on the screen;
Step 6: Choose a Second Verification Step;
Step 7: Open your Receipt Hog App;
Step 8: Go to Link+ and Reconnect your Email Account.
