Receipt Hoggers love receipt rewards just as much as we love giving them out!
If you notice that your rewards for a particular receipt are missing or wrong, and your receipt has completely finished processing, hit the Report a Mistake button displayed at the bottom of the individual receipt’s detail page. You can then select the reason why your receipt should be reprocessed. You will have a 2 week window after your receipt finishes processing to select this option.
Report a Mistake button not showing?
No worries! This just means your receipt is still going through processing. For most receipts, processing should take only a few hours to complete. However, a receipt can also take up to a few days depending on its length or amount of information.
If this is the case, hang tight and it should pop up in no time!
Please note that if your uploaded images are blurry or the receipt is too faded or altered, our system won’t be able to process it (even if you resubmit it multiple times). Make sure that you always submit clear, unaltered pictures that include the required details:
- Store Name
- Purchased Items with Prices
- Purchase Date
- Transaction total
