Entertainment venue receipts or the businesses from within such establishments do not qualify for rewards because the primary function is as a service. Service-related receipts do not qualify since much of the time no consumer product is being sold, so they do not benefit our program.
If a business is attached to a service provider like an entertainment venue, then it qualifies strictly as a service receipt regardless of whether or not they sell other items.
Ex. A restaurant like that operates within a Theme Park. If that name is Theme Park Diner for example and only operates under the Theme Park, then despite serving food, it would also not qualify for sweepstakes rewards.
If the receipt is identified as being part of an entertainment venue, that fact alone takes precedence over the type of business or good sold.
