Our support team can be contacted in a few different ways:
To contact from within the app:
- From the Home tab, tap on the Hog Avatar (Settings) icon at the top left of the screen
- Scroll down
- Tap Questions & Feedback
- To write a new message to support, tap the new message button in the top right of the screen
- Fill out the Select a Topic, Subject and Description sections
- If you would like to add a picture attachment, select the paper clip icon
To contact from receipthog.com website:
- Go to receipthog.com
- Tap support
- Scroll down and tap Submit a request
- Fill out as much information as you can provide (more info is always appreciated)
- Hit Submit
