To update the phone number used to verify your account:
- Submit a ticket to our Support team
- Select “Device Verification” as your request topic
- In order to verify your identity, please include the following in the “description” section:
- Phone number your account is currently using
- Phone number you would like associated with your account
- The store names of the 3 most recent receipts you've uploaded
- The home address you provided in the initial Receipt Hog Questionnaire you completed after creating your account.
