How do I change the phone number used to verify my device?

To update the phone number used to verify your account:

1. Make sure you have the latest Receipt Hog app;
2. Go to "Settings" (accessed via the hog avatar icon);
3. Select "Account Information";
4. Choose "Edit Phone Number";
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your phone number.
6. Done!

1. Submit a ticket to our Support team
2. Select “Device Verification” as your request topic
3. In order to verify your identity, please include the following in the “description” section:

• • Phone number your account is currently using
  • Phone number you would like associated with your account
  • The store names of the 3 most recent receipts you've uploaded
  • The zip/postal code you provided in the initial Receipt Hog Questionnaire you completed after creating your account.
