To update your email address:
- From the Home tab, tap on the Settings icon at the top right of the screen
- Select “Edit Email Address” from the Settings list
- Tap on “Send Link” to send an email to your current email address with a link to change your email address
If you no longer have access to the inbox associated with your account email address:
- Submit a ticket to our Support team
- Select the topic - Account Login Issues
- In the description please provide:
- Your new Receipt Hog account email address.
- And the store names of the 3 most recent receipts you've uploaded
- the home address you provided in the initial Receipt Hog Questionnaire after creating your account
