Adding the ability to verify your device is an easy way to step up the security of your Receipt Hog account! To lock down app security from our end, once a phone number is verified you will not be able to change it unless you contact our support team.

To update the phone number you already have associated with your account:
1. Submit a ticket to our Support team by clicking here or scroll down to select Submit a Request
2. Select Device Verification as your request topic
3. In your description please provide:
- The full phone number current associated with your account.
- The store names of the 3 most recent receipts you've uploaded
- The home address you provided in the initial Receipt Hog Questionnaire you completed after creating your account
- The full phone number you would like associated with your account.
Please be sure to include all this information or it may delay our support team's ability to update your phone number on your account.
